Guidance for format of accepted posters:

Size: A1, portrait (841 x 594 mm)

Recommended structure for your poster:

• Title
• Authors and institutions
• Background / aims
• Methods
• Results
• Discussion / conclusions
• References (in a style of the presenters choice)

There is no need to submit a draft poster and no need to send it in advance (we have no storage facilities). Please bring your poster with you when you attend the conference. Please note it is your responsibility to produce and laminate your poster.   ICLC2017 will provide poster display boards.

Guidance for format of accepted talks and presentations:

There are no requirements regarding the structure of presentation, but the timings are:

•        Long paper  - 20 minutes plus 5 for discussion
•        Lightning Talk - 10 minutes including discussion

Please note it is the responsibility of the presenter(s) to produce and provide any handouts or other materials.
