Literature searches
We believe that the best person to do your search is you - so we'll happily give you advice to make sure you're using the most appropriate resources more effectively. However if you simply haven't got the time, but still need the information, we can do a search on your behalf. Just use our online request form or contact us to give us the details.

Document supply
If there are books or articles that you need, we can get them for you. We can supply items that we have in stock, and request items that we don't have from other libraries. We have an excellent success rate in supplying such items and increasingly they are being supplied electronically, which cuts down the waiting time. For most requests you can just email us with the details but for some we require a signed copyright declaration form for each request to comply with UK legislation. You can download a copy of the form here Microsoft word icon into which you can type or paste the details of the journal article / book chapter that you want a copy of, however you will then have to print and sign it before we can request the copy.
